BundleCraft ("the App") is a Shopify app that lets merchants create product bundles, volume discounts, and Buy X Get Y offers. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it's used.
To provide its functionality, the App accesses:
The App does not access, store, or process any customer-identifying information — no names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses. Shoppers on a merchant's storefront interact with the App's on-page widget without any personal data being sent to us.
Data described above is stored securely and is only used to operate the App for the merchant who installed it. We do not sell or share merchant or store data with third parties. Data is retained for as long as the App is installed on a store, and is deleted when the merchant uninstalls the App and requests deletion, in line with Shopify's data protection requirements.
Merchants and their customers can request access to or deletion of any data the App holds by contacting us at the email below. Requests are also handled automatically through Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks.
